DEDICATION

This ministers’ manual is dedicated to God; the ancient of days, who knew me before I was formed in my mother’s womb, revealed his saving grace and chose me to be a leader in the proclamation of the gospel. To my wife Faith, who has battled shoulder to shoulder with me in the call of God and characterized herself in being that sensible woman guided by the Holy Spirit, who loves with that love that only the Holy Spirit can give. My lovely children; Millie, Emma and Angeline, May God reward your continued support and encouragement to me.
